  • Samples represent general color and texture but may not perfectly match installed flooring.
  • Product specifications may change without prior notice as part of our continuous product improvement efforts.

Quartz PC reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Taxes, freight charges, duties, and applicable fees are calculated separately during checkout unless otherwise specified.


4. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance.

Quartz PC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any order.
  • Cancel an order due to pricing errors.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Request additional verification before shipment.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.


5. Payment

Payment must be received before products are shipped unless other credit terms have been approved in writing.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.


6. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only.

Quartz PC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Force majeure events
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and report visible freight damage before accepting the shipment whenever possible.


7. Installation

Quartz PC products must be installed according to our published installation guidelines.

Improper installation, improper subfloor preparation, moisture issues, failure to acclimate where required, or failure to follow industry standards may void applicable warranty coverage.

We strongly recommend professional installation.


8. Returns

Returns may be accepted only with prior authorization.

Products must:

  • Be unopened.
  • Be in original packaging.
  • Be in resalable condition.

Custom orders, discontinued products, clearance items, opened cartons, and installed products are generally non-returnable unless required by applicable law.

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and return freight charges.


9. Warranty

Quartz PC products are covered by the applicable Limited Warranty provided with the product.

The warranty is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing contained in these Terms modifies or extends the written Limited Warranty.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quartz PC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of use
  • Delay damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.


11. Product Suitability

It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether Quartz PC products are appropriate for the intended application.

Professional installers, architects, builders, and designers should verify compliance with local building codes and installation requirements.


12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos
  • Product names
  • Trademarks
  • Graphics
  • Product photography
  • Videos
  • Written content
  • Documents

are the property of Quartz PC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
